6. LIBRARIES AND READING ROOMS PROJECT

The importance of knowledge and education may never be denied.  The lack of knowledge and absence of interest in study has created a number of problems.  Today an educated person also lacks general knowledge.

 Libraries and Reading Rooms Project will set up libraries and reading rooms at district level and would promote reading interest in the public.
