5. WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS SYSTEM
The general workshops and seminars will be held to give the political awareness, education and training to the common person, on public and weekly holidays in public halls and places.
NOTE:
All above mentioned courses are in simple form and no fees (where applicable) shall be charged for the primitive and basic courses. Only material cost including postage charges will be paid by the participants / students. Certificates shall be issued on completions of the courses.
